Great experience after wasting 3 days trying to get things done with other operations it was a real treat to work with someone willing to give the time to not so techy individuals. He explained the pros and cons of the different options without ever trying to push one product. Very satisfied with our options and products and highly recommend this store. I have various products and vendors over the years but have experienced this quality.

I feel this location is a bit overlooked. I remember when it was known as Cingular Wireless- and it rebranded into AT&T. I believe it’s progressed from what it used to be. Growing up my parent’s experiences with the freshly set AT&T weren't all that pleasant. Usually it had to do with their customer service or lack of. So I was a bit hesitant to start my own journey with them, but I was very happy with Emily's assistance. It takes a staff that isn’t afraid to connect with their customer, or look you in the eyes and not just sell you off to profit from commission. She was thorough, personable, and even if it was close to closing time she wasn't rushing me to decide on anything. There was no pressure or gimmick. She didn't make me feel like I was just a financial transaction. She answered every question and even gave input. This experience allowed me to understand the process and didn't force me to choose anything right away. She worked very well with me. I fully appreciated her honesty, time efficiency and professionalism. Thank you for the fresh outlook. It’s workers like you that reassure customers like me they’ve come to the right place.

I had an amazing experience at AT&T today! Aldo was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. He answered all my questions, made the process smooth and fast I was in and out in under 10 minutes with my brand new iPhone! Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks, Aldo!
